Coaching

I am the Managing Director of a business that employs 200 people, I knew Michelle through a family friend and she offered to provide Coaching to my staff when she was setting up her own business.  She engaged immediately with all my staff, she was very efficient and well liked by the staff.  She assessed the staff strengths and areas for development, she provided a written report of her work, all the staff member reported positively about the coaching session and wanted more sessions.  The benefit to my business was there was a noticeable improvement in staff demeanor, they appeared happier after their session and there was no negativity around the office which had been most prevalent previously.
